Sailor Pluto:

   She is guardian of the gates of time and the garnet orb.She resides in the time palace,which is   
 outside of time, so she never ages.Puu,as Small Lady affectionately calls her,is princess of the 
 Planet Pluto.Since it is the farthest planet in the solar system maybe that's why she seems so   
 remote.It has been debated by many that she is really in love with Prince Endymion,and when 
 you watch the show it seems very likely  that Setsuna has  feelings for him.    
     Sailor Pluto must follow three rules she must follow:She must;1) Never leave the Time  
 Palace(unless absolutely neccesary)2)Never alter time 3)Never stop time(Dark Dome Close). 
 Of course,at different times,she breaks all those rules but we forgive her*_*.    
     Her voice was done by Kawashima Chiyoka and she is rarely seen.She  is the eldest scout  
 and the second tallest.I like her because of her mysterious aura and the way she seems more 
 adult than the other senshi.Puu always seems to say and do the right thing which is an enviable

Attacks and objects: 

Dark Dome Close:  
Closes the Passages of time.Forbidden.  
Dead Scream:  
Creates a pink ball of energy with her time staff 
which she throws at enemy.  
Objects:  
The Time Staff:  
This staff that looks like a giant key.Sailor Pluto 
carries it with her all the time.She uses it for all of 
her attacks even sometimes uses it as a polearm  
weapon to block or fend off attacks.  
The Garnet Orb:  
This is one of the three sacred talismans the outer 
senshi carry.It sits on top of her Time Staff and she  
uses it for some of her attacks.This is the only sacred 
talisman not found in a heart crystal.It looks like a  
big heart made out of metal with the middle hollowed  
out and a big red jewel like ball hanging in the hollowed middle

 My Opinion:  
"The Senshi of Time has alot put on her 
shoulders.She has to be more than the 
other senshi have to be so she does'nt 
get to be as carefree or ever forget her 
duties.I think she yearns to be a normal 
girl far more than she lets on.Setsuna 
sometimes forgets she is a woman as well 
as a senshi.I like her most of all because 
even though she want to be normal if she 
had the chance she would still be the 
guardian of the gates of time because 
that's her duty.
