          My personal favorite scout.The somber senshi of death and rebirth,and silence.She sort
of reminds me of the grim reaper,with that glaive.She is extremely powerful for such a young girl.
As a child she "died" and her father, Professor Tomoe,gave up his will for her to be saved.He
was double crossed because Hotaru was "infested" with Mistress9,the coolest villian ever.
Mistress9 came to control Hotaru when she was forced to swallow the pure heart crystal.
     I like Hotaru mainly because she is the most "goth" character in Sailor Moon.She's kinda
a misfit and seems very alone.Saturn is considered an enemy at first by the outer senshi
which makes her sort of an outcast.I've always loved the outcast,the freak,anything that
differs from the norm.Hotaru is very weak and frail in body which is sort of a result of her
healing talents.She wields the Silence Glaive which slices,dices,and generally makes
mincemeat out of her enemys and anyone else in her way.She is very good friends with
Chibi Usa.
     Hotaru was princess of the planet Saturn in the past moon kingdom history.When the
battle for the moon kingdom began she was sleeping and her awakining was dreaded by
the whole galaxy and beyond.

Attacks:

Silent Wall!:
She raises her glaive up which she uses to shield herself
by blocking attacks with it.It's like a forcefield which can
protect herself and others.
Silence Glaive Surprise:
She lifts her glaive up and gathers purple energy.There
is a moment of silence and black and white(think silent film)
as she slams her scythe onto the ground.This causes a
really nasty explosion that can destroy large buildings
and objects.
Death Reborn Revolution:
This is a really cool power!She controls numerous ribbons
which fly about and slash and slice her enemy until he,
she,it is dead. It was also used by Mistress9 to attempt
to destroy the world. It is really destructive(if you hav'nt
noticed already!)

Saturn can make it appear at any time by making a
motion.It's a scythe that can slice,dice,an generally
maim an enemy or an object that's in her path.

My Opinion:
"Sailor Saturn is very isolated and never
really looses her innocence and pureness
through all the bad things that happen to her.
In many ways she is both child/woman and
we all hope that the woman she becomes
will never lose the child she has been"
